As Associate Designer: as Christopher Oram’s associate David assisted on The Michael Grandage Season 2012-2014 and Uncle Vanya (West End); Le Nozze Di Figaro (Glyndebourne); Evita (Broadway); Company Sheffield Crucible); The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, King Lear, Passion (Donmar Warehouse); Don Giovanni (Metropolitan Opera).

Awards: David was nominated in 2016 for a DORA Award for Outstanding Costume Design For Titanic (Princess Of Wales Theatre, Toronto) and was a finalist in The Linbury Prize for Stage Design. He was awarded Best Designer for Titanic and Lizzie Siddal at The Off West End Awards 2014.
